9/24: ARAB NIGHT – A Celebration of the Sister City Relationship between Najaf, Iraq, and Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Sami Rasouli is bringing a
delegation of 14 Iraqis to Minneapolis from September 18 – October 2.
Among the visitors will be professors from Kufa University, former
Najaf City Council members, heads of NGOs, and the Najaf minister who
oversees the millions of citizens displaced by the last 6 years of war.
This endeavor is a people-to-people approach to world peace, and our
guests will be hosted by local families.

Hosted by the visiting delegation from Najaf and the Minneapolis-Najaf Sister City Committee, the evening will include live Middle Eastern Music, Catering by Big Marina’s Grill and Deli, St. Joan of Arc Choir, Iraqi Art by Najaf Artists, and more.
