This week we have the speaking tour of Gerardo Torres, a leader of the FNRP (National Popular Resistance Front). There has been a lot of activity in Honduras recently, both large scale resistance like strikes and demonstrations by teachers and other civic workers, along with heavy repression by the government – many arrests and violent attacks. So Gerardo’s visit comes at an important time. Please try to go to one of his events.
