Civil Disobedience Training The Anti-War Committee has been protesting Trump’s racist Muslim ban since January 2017. This summer the Supreme Court sided with him and gave him the power to restrict countries under the pretext of “national security.” It is immoral to block refugees’ entry to the US when the US is escalating wars in those same refugees’ countries. The Muslim ban is a life or death issue to people in places like Somalia, Yemen, and Syria! We are thrilled to partner with Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) to help student activists gain experience. If you are interested in increasing the level of militancy of our movement against Trump and want to learn how to participate in a civil disobedience action, please come to one of our trainings.
