Today SCOTUS made a decision that grants Donald Trump the power to sign executive orders such as the one to end birthright citizenship with no ability for a judge to issue a federal injunction to block it—judges will only be able to file injunctions for the regions they represent. This poses an incoming political and logistical nightmare that Trump will undoubtedly use to his advantage in his agenda to further disparage people who are already deeply oppressed in the United States. We can only fight these attacks together, so join us for an emergency protest to say that we will not back down!
