From 1990to 2003 Iraq suffered under economic sanctions that caused great harm to the Iraqi population.Come to a discussion of the effects and sanctions and why the U.S. gov- ernment uses them.Speakers will discuss U.S. sanctions on Iran, Venezuela, Iraq & Cuba.
