Twin Cities anti-war activists will gather on Tuesday evening to watch the Afghanistan escalation speech to be delivered by President Obama. Immediately following the speech, statements will be presented giving an anti-war response to what is expected to be the announcement of a major escalation of U.S. military involvement in Afghanistan.
